i've asked that same question myself. I actually lost friends b/c they were so jealous of me. well for me was b/c I always dressed prettier, i looked after myself, getting my hair done, having more money than them and all that BUT i was never the type of person to show it off. It is all from jealous and/or envy. Girls are like that most of the time. They want what they can't have. They hate on you girl? Oh well thats too bad for them. I'm the type of person when I like what a girl is wearing how they look I compliment them. When girls compliment me it makes me feel good but I don't look down on people. At the same time, I just think to myself that when the girl compliments me she doenst feel jealous of me but she came up to me and said she likes my outfit. I like that.

That's a very vague question! Only U know the answer 2 that
besides me! Alot of women "hate" on me because I am confident
& sure of myself, I'm always smiling, & when I'm not, they R in-
timidated by me or want 2 start something up w/me!
I am just nice 2 most, but most don't like me until they get 2 know me! U learn 2 live w/it & as long as U R real about U're-
self & not concieded, I don't even pay them any mind! They R
just left there 2 sulk in their own hatred.
Just keep being U (as long as U R not rude)
Don't ever let someone bother U're happieness be-cuz they don't
like what they R working with.

when you look at people is then you will find fault and know the ones that is jealous of you but i advise you to mind your own business don't look at anybody face, do what that best fits you & forget people admiration cos every human is envious be he boy or girl i believe by the time someone begins to be jealous of you it means you are more than the person, a big far away from him or her cos you cannot jealous what you have i guess they don't acquire thesame outfits with you that's why.

If you aren't self centered like the other answerers seem to think you are, it is because you are female...Most women will look ya' up and down, if your nice and people like you, that bothers them, if you get a little more attention than they do...If your a good worker and they aren't, they're the first to find fault in you to go tattle to the boss or gossip to a fellow co-worker...women aren't nice to other women, they were like that in jr.high, highschool, and at almost 46yrs of age, I still see it....Had it done to me the other day...I am a nice person, this chubby woman came into where I work, and treated me like a second class citizen, or tried to anyway, I just look at people who are like that, that I feel sorry for ya', you were miserable about yourself then, and your still that way as a supposid adult. That's why I always hung with the guys...

You must be a hot girl I am a hot guy, and I get the same treatment. I get called gay and fag, and all you can think of. It is terrible, but they are just jealous of our looks and our relationships. It is not easy being hot, we just have to deal with it. I know I am a quasi-good looking person who doesn't deserve the treatment I have got. Do your own thing and don't worry about it. Just rock on with the rest of us hotties.

How do you know their jealous of you??? It may be all in your head. Like an ego..probably is if your a teen or young..But everyone has a little bit of envy..its normal.

well usually girls are jelous of one girl because the girl gives out to much kinda like a trampy girl. When she gives out all the guys head that direction because they want a piece and the other girls dont sale themselves cheap so they get no play my advice if you dont want to have people jelous of you is to stop being a tramp

how do you know its jealousy?? i am woman and have a couple of "aquaintences" that are also women, i dont consider any female a true friend of mine. women are usually backstabbing,vindictive idiots that are stuck on themselves and cant be trusted. i dont know why they are jealous of you and dont really care to know,but good luck to you anyway. hopefully youll find your answer here
