Late Late Period?

Question

Im 18 and been having regular periods for over 3 years.
I haven't had sex for over a year and i'm 11 days late with my period.
I'm starting to worry and my paranoid brain is kicked into overdrive :[
I do realise that there are 5081 similar questions to mine but i really don't have time to look through them all.

Stress, weight loss or gain, changes in diet, and changes in lifestyle can delay your period. you're stressing, so that will delay it even more. You're obviously not pregnant, so don't worry, just relax.

This could be due to stress, over-loaded with work, change of
diet or unnecessary mental worry. Since you haven't had sex
for a long time, you are definitely not pregnant.
Relax, the menstrual cycle will come for sure although it may be
late.
To regulate your next cycle, take 2 tablets of 'pregnan' made in
Korea, one each a day at exactly the same time and wait for
about 1 week. Your period cycle will then come.

Late periods happen all the time, even when you have had 3 years of normal periods. Sometime being overly stressed can cause you to miss your period (as well as a million other factors). I would say don't stress and see if you have a period by the next time you are suppose to, if not then go see a doctor for amenorrhea (absence of menses).

You may just be over stressing and that is why it is so late, just chill out til it comes and then go talk to your doctor and see what they can do to regulate your period. Birth control usually works for that.
