ICT. You have many ppl who make it big in ICT. Michael Dell, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs. Can you name me someone that make it big in Biology?
Remember, degree holders in Biology are there to wash test tubes. Only when you have a masters do you start working on serious stuffs. By then, your youth is gone.

ICT because it's more of a practical subject and it'll help out in almost any career that you want these days. Unless you actually want to go on to study science, then take biology

from personal experience, ICT is exciting & boring at the same time. that is, it's exciting while it's new. Its a good carrier no doubt.
on the other hand, biology is the 'science of life' - WOW! how can anything beat that? you read, research and deal with life all the time. if you are am optimist smily, go for biology!
