another 80's movie question... can't remember the movie title...?

this 80's movie is about a camp/summer camp... where the kids take over (one guy in particalar takes over as leader and talks about justice and and thats why they decide the kid has to be hung).....and one kid rapes a girl and they decide to hang him for it. at the beginning their playing music in front of the whole camp and it was a song about "she wants my big big big bologna" and thats about all i remember.
