1.) As2O5 = Diarsenic pentaoxide
2.)SiI4 = Silicon tetraiodide
3.)P4S3 = Tetraphosphorus trisulphide
4.)P4O10 = Tetraphosphorus decaoxide
5.)SeO2 =Selenium dioxide
6.)PCI3 = Phosphorus trichloride

When you name covalent compounds you use the following prefixes:
mono - one
di - two
tri - three
tetra - four
penta - five
hexa - six
hepta - seven
octa - eight
nona - nine
deca - 10

*** however, for the first element in a covalent compound you do NOT need to put the mono as it is automatically assumed.
Eg. CO2 = carbon dioxide NOT monocarbon dioxide
