My favorite is Carmex and you find it in any drug store usually or Walmart. It also comes in cherry, mint and in a pot or stick. It's medicating and has a good base. It also has salicylic acid and cocoa butter. That means it exfoliates dead skin and moisturizes while it treats the lip skin. It costs no more tham 2 dollars. My lips would chap all winter until I found this and my lips look so much better. It is clear and I wear it under or over my lip stick. I always put it on before I go to bed and when I want to during the day. Good luck!

There are three great ones. The first is an organic, inexpensive one called Desert Earth Shea Butter lip balm. Malin + Goetz lip conditioner is great and has a great gel formulation.
I also love a new line called Trilogy which is made with organic rose hip oil. Their lip conditioning balm is fantastic. Of course the old beauty standard - Kiehls lip balm is still also one of the best on the market.

Blistex Pro Care is quite good. It makes my lips soft and it is not that "sticky" and "thick" feelings. I like to use it as a lip base before I apply lipstick. Do lip mask twice per week in the winter can also make your lips look moist and soft.

First, I exfoliate in lips with Mary Kay lip mask.. Then I use Carmex Lip Balm at night so my lips won't dry out. In the morning, I wipe it off (if there's any left) and I apply ChapStick Lip Balm.
I exfoliate my lips every Thursday. It's my Pamper Day.

well in order to moisturize any skin you must exfoliate(remove the dead skin) that is the skin that looks chapped or dry. Mary Kay has an awesome satin lip set it has a lip mask for exfoliating and then an awesome lip balm.will last 6 months to a year . may be longer . give it a try .You wont be disappointed. go to www.marykay.com/stylebylisa she is an amazing person and make up artist in the California scene.

I highly recommend Burt's Bee's Lip balm, I used to be addicted to medicated lip balm and would freak out if I didn't remember to bring some with me wherever I was...since using Burt's Bees I only have to use it once in a while mostly before bed, and my lips have never looked better

Try one of the ones from Burt's Bees. I like the lip balm but they have lip gloss and honey lip balm too.

Try the Nivea Lip Care range - it cares for and moisturises your lips, stays on, and also doesn't cost very much - the lip balm smells really good too :)

I love Blistex lip balm. The best one is one that comes in a dark-blue pot and it has a minty menthol flavor. It keeps your lips moisturized and super-tingly.
