I missed my period and im 2 wks and 1 day late, hpt come bak neg but im gettin the cravings and the swollen breasts, but my periods are always regular i neva been this late b4 could i be pregnant? im nt gettin any signs for a period what do you think i need help please !!!!

The week after I got married I missed my period completely, and had a couple of signs of pregnancy-feeling sick a lot, being hungry and then not feeling well after eating, etc. Two pregnancy tests at home came back negative, so I went to the TMC and had my HCG levels tested through blood, which is always right, and still came back negative! I finally put it down to stress when my next period arrived right on schedule. Don't freak out for now. Just go with the flow-pun intended-and see what happens. If your next cycle shows up the way it's supposed to, then you're good to go. If not, then you should probably see a doctor. For this cycle, if you really have to know for sure, your best option is a blood test to check for the levels of the pregnancy hormone HCG. Blood is always right, whereas urine can be off sometimes. Not all home pregnancy tests are accurate. Try buying another brand of test. Any excessive stress lately? Sometimes stress can cause an early period or to miss a period. Tender breasts is a common sign of pregnancy, but it could also be that you are nervous about possible pregnancy and searching for anything to explain being late. A simple blood test is most accurate to evaluate your HCG and will show if you are truly pregnant. I would recommend going to your doctor (or health clinic) to have this lab ordered so that you will know for sure and won't have to stress about it. Good Luck!

I think you need to call your dr asap... You need to have a blood test drawn, b.c sometimes the hormones aren't high enough if you are pregnant to show up on a home test.
