There are two ways to answer a question on yahoo answers:
1. There are three button/tabs "ask." "answer." and "discover."
2. Click and select any one categeory you like the you will see that related questions appears. And click the question you want to answer.

you click on 1 of the person in the list then you click on the Answer,tab
