Can I use 2 screens (monitors) for 1 CPU? Can I have a keyboard for the 2nd screen? Simply speaking, can i have 1 cpu to be shared by 2 users?

Dear u can ................
First Option (It's very semple and minimum cost)
For the moniter u can use with a small box (VGA Splitter) and Keyboard and mouse u can use usb connector (usb to ps2 connector)

Second option
KVM Switch controls up to 8 computers (combination of PS/2, AT, Mac, Sun, & USB) from one keyboard, mouse and monitor. Multiple (purchased separately) KVM switches can be daisy-chained together in order to control up to 512 computers. Computers can be switched using the On Screen Display (OSD), keyboard hot key or front panel switch. The 8-port KVM switch features keyboard and mouse emulation for error-free boot-ups and works on all operating systems. Supports ultra high 180MHz video resolutions up to 1920 x 1440 pixels without any noticeable degradation. Adjusts to use as either a rackmount or stackable unit

Well that depends on ur video card not ur system.. well then again it does but if u dont have a card that can pull the work then ur screwed. Buy atleaste a 256 video graphics card and a computer that can do duel screening.

you can have 2 displays but to have two users on 1 cpu, you need two computers

Well I know that you would have to configure them for a network, but I think they both have to have their own keyboard, etc. Otherwise, you'll be having to unplug and plug in the add on's always.
