All of the previous answers to this question are correct - unfortunately they are also technically illegal. Anywhere that offers free commercially viable music for download is most likely illegal.
Your best bet is to hook up with something like iTunes where you pay a small download fee for each song. This will also be your better bet for not downloading some unwanted material, such as viruses...

There are many places...just search for "gneutela" on yahoo...you have to watch out for viruses on some things though.
Try bearshare or limewire but there are many programs that will help you with that.
