Yeah, being alone. Do you know how crap it is to be told you are a psychopath, sociopath, manic depressant, bipolar, and chemically unbalanced which results in the body releasing too much body heat and causing the person not to be able to put on weight!!!

Critique of their own person and their actions. A sociopath sees him/her self as perfect and critique often spark a (violent) reaction. The sociopath will become upset and try to prove that everyone else in the world is wrong and that he/she is right.
