Cryptographic Algorithm?

Question

I am doing a final year project on the above topic. I want to know how knowledgeable individuals are in this aspect.
Please write a Cryptographic Algorithm for DSA or MD5 . with suitable comments and their functions.
I am going incorporate good algorithms as the result of my survey. Please be kind enough to help me complete my Final Year project in the university.

You are supposed to be implementing it and not us!
And DSA and MD5 are like all over the net!
Cant you even work on looking up what exists already?
