Where can I find circuitry for mobile phone chargers on the web?

Mine is broken and I want to fix it.

Just buy one on Ebay for a few bucks and save yourself a lot of time and frustration. You can also purchase one at any swapmeet, or cellphone booth in the mall for cheap.
