hi. i'm having a tough time deciding.. it can be from a manga, anime, or video game. of course it has to be a female character. nothing too.. revealing like kasumi of DOA ^^;

If you're going to a con, I would reccomend just waiting to go there. A lot of dealers rooms have kimonos, Yukatas, and Serafuku to sell. Just buy one of them and you can be a sailor senshi alter ego, Kagome, or just about any female in an anime that wore a kimono or Yukata at some point.
The Kimonos can be expensive, but I'm pretty certain the Serafuku go for under $50.
