That would all depend on the customers and the company you work for.
Small companies and regular customers might appreciate the humor (I once recited the entirety of Alice's Restaurant during a shift as a dishwasher - the boss and waiters loved it, not sure about the customers.)
But, large corporations have this ethereal concept called an 'image' to which thou shalt always conform. And you might get the occasional customer who sees your activities as 'unprofessional' and files a complaint.
If you're not particularly attached to the job (other than the paycheck) then I'd say go for it. Just ... don't do strange things with the Slurpee machine.

I think it all comes down to how much you depend on your income to support your livelihood.
It may have been normal to do things like that when I lived at home with my parents, didn't have a mortgage, didn't have children to provide for, didn't have bills and other responsibilities.
Once your life takes on more responsibility - it would be healthier to not behave that way because if you lose your job over something that is self-inflicted, and you end up in the queue at a soup-kitchen, because you couldn't pay your bills, or your kids taken away because you couldn't provide for them......
Who needs that kinda stress? If you just behave yourself at work, get on with the job and realise you aren't in kindergarten anymore, life just works out for the better on so many levels.
Unfortunately, life isn't just about having fun - there's gotta be a balance between fun and responsibility. Wherever your life is at the moment and where it's going will reflect whether you have the balance right or not.
Perhaps you have lost it because you're growing up and don't know how to handle it. You don't want to accept it - so you are trying to revert to your childhood tactics for excitement and attention.
I suggest you take some time to think about where you want to be in 10 years and decide for yourself whether your behaviour is 'healthy'.
Good Luck!

WORK SUCKS! Whatever gets you through the day! Ive been at this game for twenty five years plus and am really sick of it! I show no loyalty to any job or boss and never will. I figured out how expendable an employee really is. You are nothing to them so I treat them likewise. So what you do is nothing to worry about. Its better than job burnout which will be the next step in your path of working for the rest of your life.

sounds like normal job activities to me....truth to tell it is simply a matter of doing whatever it takes to get through the day...when I worked for the IRS I spent time writing two drafts of my autobiography, the second being 144 pages, as well as writing poetry. So losts of people do stuff like that...it's normal...hell in most places its required

I was with you up until you stated you mess with customers who are jerks. The other stuff was harmless, messing with the customers is not ok. Why not find another job that is more interesting to you. (You probably shouldn't work with the public.)

You've lost it! Its disrespectful to your position and your customers. If you hate your job that much, get one you will like. Go to a business you like to frequent and apply there solely on the basis that you like their establishment. Never stay in a position if you don't like it!

no it is not. you have 2 choices. 1, if you have to keep his job then try to make the best of it and respect what is not yours. 2, find another job that you like and enjoy. that is it

That is very healthy. Much healthier than people who hate there jobs and do nothing about it. Those who do nothing about it end up snapping one day and killing people.
