I haven't been to "classes" regarding anger management per se. However, I have been seeing a therapist for the past 3 yrs. to really get to the root of some of my anger related issues. I feel that my life has improved because of the insight and introspection that I have now into the underlying causes of my anger & frustration. I think that we all have things to deal with internally and it's amazing what progress can be made when you've made the tough choice to look into the mirror and work on the person staring back at you.

i took a couple of classes but didn't improve anything. i saw a psychiatrist and that help alot. now, i've changed from a really angry person to the most calm and collected. it took a while and alot of patience, it sure didn't happen overnight. even now i'm still working on it, practice makes perfect btw.

Not myself, but known people who have. The best way to express anger is not on people, but on objects, INEXPENSIVE ones at that!
