Are you referring to the man that killed the cop and his police dog? If so the guns were there and they should have 200 rounds into him. 1 after the other slowly so he died slowly. He was a cop killer and a murderer. Get off the overkill crap. Dead is dead, there is no degree of it. By the way where are you from? Your english sucks too bad for you to be an American. I live 30 Minutes from there and never heard anything. Do you have any news story or pictures or something that can back up this claim?
