Yes, It can! Your egg survives for 24 hours and unless you know the exact hour your egg was released its hard to know. Also, sperm live in the cervix for 3-5 days.

Ex. Lets say you released an egg at 12 noon Monday didn't have sex till 9 am Tuesday will that still gives the sperm plenty of time to live and your egg may still be alive.

NO but it scares you enough to think to use a condom every time. SO get the pregnancy test and find out. If you aren't start using condoms, if you are you figure out the consequences and deal with them.

technically there is only a 12-24 hour time period each month that you are able to get pregnant.

If it is one day after, it depends on when it started and when it stopped and up to 24 hours from then...
