Is there a log file for remote desktop, so I can tell if someone is logging in to my computer?

I have an ex-room mate who seems to know information that he could have gotten from my computer. I had remote desktop turned on (but it is now turned off). Is there a log file that would show me the last times that anyone has logged via remote desktop?

I think Security in Event Viewer would log a Remote-Desktop even. Have you tried checking that?

To my knowledge No. There are some free software in the net and using them you can maintain a log.
