Its advisable to sign out of any member site if you have finished using it, although I often dont bother and have never had any problems.

Only you, on your computer, is signed into del.icous.us, so there's no problem about anyone else looking at your private details. If you feel safer to sign out, then it's worth doing so.
At the end of every session on my computer, if I don't sign out of websites, I always delete my cookies and temp folders for peace of mind! You can do that by going to Tools>>Internet Options and delete from there. It clears out all the sites' passwords at the same time, so please make a note of all your passwords before doing so!
