this girl at a reality office is giving all the phone call from sellers to her reality friend.?

is there a way to screen them? she is getting a kick back comision from her friend(realitor). she is supposed to be giving the calls out to all the realators. how can the phone calls be monitured?

I AM ASKING ON BEHALF OF A FRIEND. THIS GIRL WAS CAUGHT BEFORE, AND THE BROKER GAVE HER HER FINAL WARNING.MY FREIND DOES WELL IN THE BUSINESS, SO I AM NOT ASKING IF IT IS HARD TO GET REFFERALS AT WORK. I THINK IT IS WRONG IF SHE GIVES ALL THE CALL TO ONE AGENT.

That is both un-ethical of the licensee, and illegal to pay and receive money by unlicensed people for real estate related activities including referrals. Report your suspicions to the manager offering any proof you may have. But be sure that is the case and not a jealous or envious heart. I'd discharge both the receptionist (offender) and agent for such activity, my license nor firm are for sale at that price.

First, you could volunteer to do phone duty, yourself.

Second, you could focus your attention on marketing, rather than on waiting for "drop-in" phone calls.

Do your targeted mass-mailings (once per month, to every house in your target neighborhood). Then, use the criss-cross phone directory to call those houses and leave a message (once every few months), asking if they got the information you sent them.

Volunteer to hold the open houses for realtors who have listings, with the understanding that you get the right of first contact with any prospective buyers who happen to come through the open house.

Making money in real estate CAN be done, even in a market like this one.
