I have a free anti-virus program from Grisoft called AVG. All new flash content doesn't play on my computer. This includes youtube videos. Every time I need to view flash content, i click the link to the flash page and click the download button. when it's done i go back and i still can't view the material. i have done this many many times over the past few weeks and a friend of mine suggested i reinstall my anti-virus. has anyone else had this problem? what should i do? i don't want to go through the whole process of uninstalling and then reinstalling if it turns out that's not even the cause of the problem...

It could be that your Flash program itself has become corrupted. You may want to uninstall yours and go to the Flash website and download the latest version.
Be sure to uncheck the box for 'Yahoo Toolbar' unless you really want it.
