took me 4 times to get mine
but had my cdl on the 1st try
go figure and i've never had an accident or a ticket since then and i'm 32 yrs old

Yes on the first try at the age of 16! Never had a ticket or an accident 43 years of driving!

it took me 3 times to get it. the 1st time was when i took it during my high school driver's ed class, but i got marked down because i'm very bad at parallel parking. the second time i took it at the state dmv office and the guy was a real jerk and didn't let me pass because i took too long parking my mom's MINIVAN into the parking spot in the parking lot that was clearly built for a compact sedan. My 3rd time was very lucky because the guy was a lot nicer and more lenient. what's "cdl"??

Yes. When I did the road test I was super nervous, so I kinda screwed up on the parking part, but she passed me because she saw me park and back out about 15 times perfectly with the driving instructor. But the instructor was a jerk about it, he was like "I watched you knock over that cone (I didn't knock it over, I barely touched it with the mirror), you're lucky she passed you. I wouldn't have." He was such an ***.

Got them the 2nd time. Never had a ticket knock on wood. I'm 34

i got my first license on my first try barely. i was 16 and i have had two accidents and several speeding tickets, but now at 36 i am more cautious than ever before.
