how can you enjoy sex? do you all take the pill? Without pill its horrible, you always think about getting pregnant I think.
But what kind of life is that, living with a pill. I'd rather have no sex at all. True love is ultra rare anyway I think.

I don't take the pill and I don't worry about get pregnant either. There are several forms of contraception that don't interfere with "the moment" and don't have to be thought about daily.
I have an IUD, Mirena. Good for 5 years !! And I haven't had a cycle the entire time I have been on it (3 years). I didn't have any adverse effects either. And I certainly enjoy sex!!
Woohoo!!
I love this thing!!

It's no worse than taking a pill for a medical condition. If I don't take my antidepressant every day, I can't enjoy sex, or a whole lot of other things, either. A diabetic can't enjoy sex without insulin and blood sugar regulation. And reducing the fear of unwanted pregnancy can help a woman enjoy sex with a man much, much more.
That said, not all women should take it. I found out the hard way I'm the poster girl for "Shouldn't Ever Take the Pill," as my family history includes heart disease and high blood pressure on both sides.

I do enjoy sex and I don't rely on the pill. I use the ring or the patch or the shot. I find that I enjoy sex no matter whether I'm using birth control or not. I'm in a committed relationship and we have one child and another on the way. We use birth control to keep us from having another child that we could not afford. If you are trying to tell people that abstinence is best, well yes, but it's better to rely on a form of birth control then to bring a child into the world that could not be provided for if they do chose to have sex. Birth control and condoms are there to provide options for those not ready to have children. Many married couples use birth control so are you saying that they don't love each other? They wouldn't have made the commitment to each other if they didn't truly love each other. The married couples who use birth control use it for many reasons, including not be ready for children yet.

I take the pill but was on the depo shot but made me put weight on. The depo shot is taken every 3 months, or you could get implamon which I think lasts 3 years. No matter what contraceptive you take you should also use condoms, unless you are with a long term partner and have both been tested for the full gamut of STD;s.

The pill made me depressed and not wanting sex. But everyones different. I've been with my partner for 15 yrs have 2 kids and have only been on birth control for about a yr of that time. I think we have been lucky with the rhythum method and condoms. But if your not in a committed relationship and definitely dont want to get pregnant I dont suggest this. Everyone is different and you have to make up your own mind.

OK I am not sure I understand this, are you advocating not using the pill for married people or just for single women?
I would much rather a woman, married or single, was on the pill than to have an abortion. Abortion ends a life, the pill keeps the woman from being fertile. There is a big difference.
There is nothing in the bible against premarital sex only lust. If the person is in a loving relationship and this means male to male, female to female, or male to female their is nothing in the bible against loving sexual expression. There is plenty in the bible about lust. You see God doesnt care about our sex lives he only cares about our hearts. If we love a person and we express that love in a joyful sexual union, well that is what God created us for, for the joy. He gets joy in our joy don't you understand. My prescious God, how dare you take upon yourself the jugement of God. You are not God.
I will pray for you Liz I truely will.
What you are doing is evil beyond measure.
Any one who adds to the bible or takes away from the bible is guilty of a major sin and God said you will be cast into the lake of fire.
I am sorry to say Liz if you continue on this path that is your fate. Please repent Liz I beg of you. I think you are genuinely concerned for what God tells you is a sin. But you need to realize if God is not convicting another person for your sin that it may not be a sin to them. If you have lust in your heart and can not take the pill for fear you will sucumb to that lust then by God don't take the pill. But if another person doesn't have that spirit of lust in their heart then how dare you condemn them for your sin.
Love in Christ

The pill is not always just for birth control. Some women (Including myself) had to go on it for a hormonal imbalance to regulate periods.

I've taken the pill for years to regulate my cycle. And true love might be rare, but I found it! (Been with my man for almost 14 years!)
