Go on line and download the paper work and sit down and fill it out. Most states have the info there. You may want to get an annullment though since you have only been married such a short time.

Consult a Lawyer and maybe go for an Annulment!
Makes sure that ALL Assets are transferred to a 3rd party!

why in the world are you intent on a divorce after 70 days. if it is for any form of abuse get to a lawyer if it is over a bunch of little things adding up this happens try to work thru it.

I think you can get the marriage annulled as long as the time period hasn't exceeded the limitations. Check with your local courthouse.
