why lately when I play literati, It does not submit when I am done with my turn , and my opponent thinks I am?

My screen shows that , I am done, as it should ,but it shows me that my opponent has left and give me the right to cancel , but at the same time it is showing my opponent I have not finished yet and that they are waiting for me? Then they Boot me and I lose because they don't see that I have already finished my turn long time ago. I lost about 9 games in a row because of this . Is it the server. Why is this happening . I love to play iterati. What is going on????

FREEZING UP problem.you can increase your memory by..going to start button,settings, control panel,system, advance tab,performance,advance tab,virtual memory,change,make it 526kb or higher,click apply then ok
