If u unintentionally offended some spirits or ghost they will make u sick can't cure by Doctors and can make u bad luck and mishap

There are a number of tribal cultures in South America, Africa and in Asia that hold such beliefs. The aborigonees in Australia also carry similar beleifs as well as many of the indiginous tribes in North America. It seems to me that there must be some basis in the idea for it fo be so widespread among sultures that did not, and in some cases still do not ahve any contact with each other, or any outsiders fro that amtter. There are tribes in the amazon that have only had contact with the people that have studied them.
The point being that there is sufficient anecdotal evidence for such things in such a wide variety of cultures that there has to be something to it.

There are no ghosts or spirits to offend, so this belief is nonsense. I haven't seen anyone who said he believes such stuff as this.

I could happen if you believed that a spirit could make you sick. But I don't believe anything can make me sick except some bacterias and viruses.

not personally as feel there are only good spirits which help us. one has to believe there are evil spirits which can harm you for them to be able to do so.
