Does a red porch light mean anything besides prostitution? Could it mean drugs or something else?

Let me explain a little more... I live on an alley in a bad neighborhood, and a rock at the end of the alley was recently painted red as a marker from the street, and the house has a red porch light now. Pretty sure it isnt Christmas in October.

Prostitution is the only meaning except for one. That one is you have neighbors with a warped sense of humor.

People who like to look at the stars sometimes use red porch lights so the glare of a white light doesn't interrupt the view. And some folks use red porch lights for Christmas. I haven't heard of other uses, but in this world, someone can start anything and other doofuses will follow.

First, it means the people in the house like the color. It also means you can't see dark things moving on the front lawn too easily as they will appear darker.
..... maybe you should ask the folks in the house, I'm sure they'd be flattered by your interest!

R.E.D can also mean remember everyone deployed. I do know of some people who have a red light outside their house for that.

I live in an apartment complex and my neighbor has a red light in his room. personally i think it's tacky. he's major gothic!!! definitley smokes weed...always wears all black only comes out at night.. for a lack of better words, he's strange. Maybe he just wants to stand out, be different... maybe for attention. cuz it definitley stands out!

It's a sign of murder! Whoever stares at it for too long will get hypnotised and then killed! Seen something lijke this in a movie!
