If you are in the military then that' what your JAG (Judge Advocate General) office is for. Since the contract is a pretty standard form they should have access to it. To get the exact contract that you signed they will have to contact the Recruiter that you signed with. If you want to dispute something on your enlistment contract then you will have to start with the JAG office.

This is true for military personal, if you are not in the military then I have no idea what you are talking about.

If you need to see a copy of your enlistment contract, you can:
a) contact the recruiter you enlisted through,
b) contact the station commander where you enlisted
c) contact the battalion commander that your recruiting station belongs to
d) contact the Judge Advocate (JAG) office to get a copy of your personnel records that should have a copy of your enlistment records in them.

Make sure that if you have questions regarding your enlistment , to talk to the JAG office (legal advisor) to help you with your concerns. IT is their job to help you without prejudice to the military.

I hope you find what you are looking for.

They gave you a copy when you enlisted. You should have kept it. What do you need it for?
