If he wants to sell you have to move out, but he has to give you whatever notice is in your rental contract.

He has no obligation to find you somewhere else.

Would you expect an an employer who was sacking you to find you another job?

The landlord can do anything as it is spicified on ou as ou well ...always sign contracts.....it protects you from any raised on rent in this case of any removing etc ..remember the contract it is what protects both ...if your case does not have any contract ...he can do it but he must give you a notice in advance it should be at least a month in time so you can be able to find a place...remember he is the owner and the landlord has the right of have the people he wants for the time he wants ....of course considering what I mentioned above

unfortunately all the landlord has to do is give you 30 days notice and then you must leave unless you have a lease that specifies a certain amount of time you will be living there.

Yes, its in the tenancy agreement. Where you go to live or how old the kids are do not matter, not the landlords problem.

Having said that if you just stay put he will have to get a court prder to evict you.

Your landlord is not obligated to find another place for you to live regardless if there are childen involved or not. He is, however, obligated to give you notice so that YOU can find another place to live or make other arrangements.
