Electric Blue Violin? and is their a name for that sort of phobia?

I bought it new from the manufacturer, and it came without the bridge attached. When I tired to assemble and tune it, it snapped out and hit me in the eye and ever since, I can't tune it, so I can't play it.

I do believe I am actually afraid of it! I have a similar kind of PTSS situation concerning balloons too.

How do you get over fears like that?

I think its natural to be afraid of something that snapped you in the eye. Does the fear of it cripple you, make you want to run screaming from the room? If not I wouldn't worry about it. Is it only your blue violin? Trade it for another one. If you're still scared either pay someone else to tune it, see a psychiatrist, or pick out a new instrument. It all depends on how much it bothers you. The fear of balloons popping, I don't know. Its part of a startle reflex in overdrive I think. I don't like to pop balloons either but it doesn't bother me to the point that I run from balloons.

I in basic terms am. that's extra of being uncomfortable on the hours of darkness than afraid. completely conventional lots of the time until you have a definite present like a 6th experience which you're afraid to renowned. wish this enables! P.S. you're in basic terms insane for thinking you would be able to correctly be insane:)
