i had bought a mural for my wall in my room and stuck it on there with this adhesive spray.. a year later i took it down and there is this yellowish residue on the areas i sprayed the adhesive, how to do i get rid of it?

You must sand the glue residue off first. Rent a sander for the day. Once removed, prime the wall and then repaint. Labor intensive....YES... but it's the only way to restore the wall.

Use a product such as "Goo Gone" or "Sticky Off," available at craft departments or stores, and in the adhesive section of home improvement stores. "Sticky Off" comes in an aerosol can and will be easier to use for your purpose.

BTW, forget the sander solution because it amounts to killing a gnat with a nuclear device, and as the adhesive will gunk up the sandpaper.

Try rubbing alcohol
