My favorite cartoon spokesperson would have to be "Buzz" from the Honey Nut Cheerios commercial. The reason why would have to be the fact that he is voiced by none other than Billy West, who was also the voice of Ren and Stimpy, Fry from "Futurama", and the Red M & M from the commercials.

Jimminy Cricket
He was a loveable cartoon charcter in many movies and played a few cameos. Pinochio, Fun and Fancy Free, and a few others I can't remember. It's either him or Tony the Tiger. Frosted Flakes still rock my socks.

Gotta be Smokey the Bear! He's been saying 'only you can prevent forest fires' for generations! My kids even know him and they're pretty small. They have no idea who Woodsy Owl is and he's been around the block too.
