1 liter equals to 1 kg of water this is the standard reference followed at stp
so 1,000,000 means 1000 metrictonns of water equals 1 mega liter or 1 cubic decameter.....
usually the weight of water also depends on viscosity as well as temperature...... so it may differ for different liquids.....

Since 1 liter has a mass of 1 kilogram, you already have the answer in kilograms. The number of kilograms of mass is equal to the number of liters of volume. If you want the answer in grams just add three more zeros.

Did you know that 1 ml of water weights 1 gm? and that 1 L of water contains 1000 ml. This should help.

1g = 1 cm
1cm = 1ml
1000ml = 1 L
so.. 1000000 x 1000 = 1000 000 000 g of water
