i'm nto a guy but i used to tell all the guys i liekd that they wre sexy... and i ahd a guyf riend tell me that men actualyl hear that alot when they actualyl are sexy adn that they enjoy it when a woman will be more modest and say things liek " u r handsome" or compliment their eyes or sumthin

lol. How about "Oh, my god!! Is that a 3rd leg???" or "Damm, I need a cigarrette just watching you come into the room." If nothing else, you're CERTAINLY going to get his attention.....
