You really can't make someone move. Unless you were the owner ofthe building, you have no power. It also depends on the reason you want them to leave. Are they committing crimes or do you simply not like them? If they are conducting illegal activity you could contact the police, neighbourhood watch groups etc. If they are doing nothing wrong, you should just leave them alone.
