I think Michael Jackson is the ugliest dude in the whole planet!
But in terms of an NBA player, Popeye Jones is a pretty damn ugly too!

Actually, if you at his head carefully you will have no choice but to notice his head is shaped like an alien. So, by that token, he is not from this planet and thus not a dude. He is an alien from another galaxy. And god is he ugly, I pray I never see a female from that planet.
