Ebay bans too many legal auctions. I have attempted to sell perfectly legal retail software only to have VERO lie and tell EBAY that my software was OEM even when it plainly said on the auction that it is retail. They don't even bother to look-they just take the tattlers for their word and then threaten to shut me down if I "do it" anymore. Most likely this is done because software manufacturer feel people like me are cutting into their profits by reselling what we no longer want and people will buy from us instead of them. (This is a common problem with others-not just me.)

I tried to sell a radar jamming device and they removed my auction-simply because it was not legal to use in SOME states they then figured it was illegal everywhere. Someone gave it to me and I did not want it. While I am not a business, there were several huge EBAY sellers selling dozens of similar items with similar legal restrictions and getting away with it by wording thier auctions a little differently.

My answer: I want to be free to buy and sell things on EBAY that are legal without fear of false accusations. I do not want my items to be banned from ebay just because they are illegal in some places. And I want false accusers to be held accountable for the trouble they bring me.

no i dont feel eBay is the best place for shopping, yes, you can get almost anything on ebay, but what it lacks is compleet security, you have no assureance that you'll recive the item you asked for, or that it will be safe during transport. although sites like amazon will replace a broken item, nowhere is compleetly safe from credit fraud.

What do we wanna see on eBay? 100% Safety and garentee, will we ever get it? no.

only buy things from sellers with a high rating and you should be fine. I've purchased many things there. I've never been disappointed.
