i like to sleep with the doors closed. I often sleep with them open so i can hear my kids. as a firefighters daughter you should always sleep with the doors closed.

If I'm in the house by myself the door to my bedroom is open, if other people in house, door is closed.

Closed, because if I leave the door open one of my dogs might wander off into another room & urinate. If the door is closed, she'll let us know if she has to go.
