how do you right an introduction for a paper about good writing, where you have to include what you think good writing is, and include what bad writing is and explain how to make it better, and also how the comments on the papers that ive gotten back from my teacher all in a introduction? (this is for a class)

Make a sentence that relates to each part of the assignment. I think good writing is....I think bad writing is....In order to make it better one should....I am going to use comments on papers I've written as examples to show that.....

Get a tutor.
Well, start introducing how helpful in education for a future career is to have a good writing skill is, e.g. for job reports, etc. Then tell how ashamed is not to have this skill, e. g. limit your qualifications for job positions, as well as for speeches and become good speaker bureau.

show samples of good handwriting, fair handwriting and bad handwriting ........and no one can read this handwriting
the visual effect is a strong start for the paper
