Time, beer, buddies, and hookers. The worst thing you can do is dwell on it. The most flattering thing, and least effective method of impressing her is to moon over the heartbreak. It may sound harsh but it's true. If she's moved on, or it never was; she'll see your heartache as sweet, and flattering. It won't change her mind. The most healthy thing for you, and intrigueing for her, is to be TOTALLY over it. The best revenge, is to for her to believe that you're JUST FINE without her. Believe me, I've been where you're at, and been on both sides of the advice. It don't mean you won't hurt, but it's a start. And as the wise man once said, "fake it till you make it" Pretty soon, you'll be shocked to realize that you're not faking it any more.

Try not to look back at the situation were your heart got broken. Look foward and keep on living. Do the things you love to do. Go out with friends and family and just have a blast. Try to only think about yourself. Spoil yourself with things you want or desire. always think positive and things will come out positive. Then later in the future, you find something or someone that will make you happy for good and wouldn't break your heart.

I've had my heart broken so many times that it almost became like my own soap opera or series. How did I handle having my heart broken. I try to busy myself by doing something like hobbies to keep my mind off it even for awhile otherwise I've cried me a river so many times silently with my fashion statement being teary eyes red from crying and my accessories being Kleenex and a box of Kleenexes. I try to use humor which somewhat helps at times. I prayed, pondered and listened to music.

I think most people have had heartbreak in their lives. You can't do much but take it one day at a time, keep yourself busy and time is the only thing that will heal you. Life does go on and believe me, it gets a lot better than you ever thought possible.

I had a brother who I was extremely close too die in an accident. The heart hurts the same. Get and stay busy--life will help cure some of it.

expressing myself with the guitar. Time is the best thing for a broken heart, in a couple of weeks or months you'll be asking yourself why you even cared about him so much.

I eat ALOT of chocolate, I distract myself by talking online or watching comedies, and I find a non romance song to fit the guy that broke my heart. Like maybe a bob dylan one or sumthing! It makes me feel great. It helps me to move on by viewing the guy in a different light.

You turn it over to the Lord. He will take the burden away. It may take a little time but he will be there for you. Just ask him to give you inner piece. It works for me. Praise the Lord. Try praying . It will help. He is always there for you if you ask. God Bless. Hope you get the help that you need. Just try the prayer.

Depends on what broke your heart but you have to tell yourself to get over it. The only person who can console you is yourself. Whatever you think you lost, look for a better one.

Turn to GOD he can get you through everything that comes your way he will guide you through life. If I did not have him I would be in a mental hospital from what I have been through in the last six weeks, losing my mother and then husband cheating.
