Whatever ugliness you are referring to, if I am that ugly person you are saying, I think what is important is I know I am still a human being. It's upon me to say I'm ugly because i am or I'm okay even I am ugly in the eyes of people.

First off...you are = you're. Second, if you're ugly, then you are ugly. Unless of course you are ugly only to the beholder who proclaims said ugliness. In that case you are beautiful. Unless you are ugly to more than one person, in which case you are probably just ugly. Do you think yourself ugly? Maybe you need a second opinion.
