I'm looking for a good time to go to Seattle, what time do they start to decorate for Christmas?

Like downtown, when do the Christmas lights and the trees and displays in the stores go up?

All of the Seattle holiday events and lightings start on November 25th, including the Holiday Parade, the lighting of the tree at Westlake Center, the lighting of the Macy's Star and Seattle Center's Winterfest.
