Either feed the rabbit traditional rabbit pelets or fresh cut vegies, never out of a salad bag because some put in preservatives which are not good for the rabbit.

The best thing to do is NOT feed or water it. Contact your local wildlife rehabilitation facility. They are best educated to evaluate the bunny's needs & nutritional requirements. If you do not know how to contact such an agency in your state the local State Police office or your local ASPCA could help you get in touch. There is an organization in my state located in Grants Pass, Oregon near Merlin called Wildlife Images that has a wonderful website that may be of some help to you. They have information about what to do when you have found or in your case been found by a wild animal. I have listed it below. My son and I have gone there many times with injured birds & small mammals after calling & talking to the staff.

The typical diet for a pet rabbit should consist of water, hay,
pellets, fresh vegetables, and its own caecal pellets. Anything
else, including fruit and other treats should be given only in
very limited quantities, as it may cause obesity in a rabbit.
Pellets should be less than a couple of months old to ensure
freshness, and should consist of a minimum of 18% fiber, low
protein (14–15%), and less than 1% calcium. Depending on the
amount of vegetables available, an adult rabbit should be given
between ¼ and ½ cup of pellets per 6 pounds body weight (20 ml to
40 ml per kilogram) daily.

for the right now, some vegetables and a few hard fruits (such as apples) but in the very near future you should get some rabbit pellets, you can get them at some grocery stores, but usually pets stores in the "small animal" department.

Do you know if it is wild or domestic? If the bunny is primarily brown with a white tail it is probably wild and you need to return it to its nest. If it is white, spotted, all black, etc it is domestic someone cruely released it. Please read this article that describes the differences:
http://www.rabbitsinthehouse.org/newsletter/TCLspringsummer2000.pdf
Here is a link that explains about caring for orphaned bunies that might help:
http://www.rabbit.org/faq/sections/orphan.html and there are links to other sites there as well.
You can also check here which applies to domestic bunnies only:

if you do not want to keep it take it to the vet they will know what to do with it i took a baby deer to a vet and he took care of it until it was ready to leave which only took a day he just wanted to make sure he was alright.Or just take it to the pound. But if you do want to keep it try lettece and carrots and maybe ask a vet what other foods they may need.

this all depends on its age. i would take it to your local vet. if it is a wild rabbit you should be careful. altough they are very cute they can carry lots of nasty dieases and bugs.
Make sure you wash your hands well after handling it.
Its nice to see someone showing a bit of concern for our wildlife. Good on ya!

it could have inner injuries from being tossed via the dogs. it fairly is fairly complicated to improve wild bunnies efficiently. purchase some standard tinned milk and attempt dropping it into the cheek pouch as far decrease back as you may get it, some circumstances whilst they actually swallow some they'll then lick it off the dropper. via putting it interior the cheek area of the mouth somewhat of the tongue area you maintain from having it finally end up of their airway via twist of destiny. you are able to attempt doggy formula besides however the previous tinned milk seems to artwork because of the fact it fairly is focused extra like the does milk.
