Lift weights. Free weights are the best way for gaining muscle.
You're 16, forget the "boost" drink crap. Just eat normally and lift weights.
Do one bodypart each time you go to your school's gym (i.e., do chest on monday, arms on tuesday, shoulders on wed, legs on thursday, and back on fridays) and switch up your routine every month. Switching up your routine meaning do different exercises or even just changing the order of the exercises you do.

you need to comsume lots of calories. watch the fat and carb intake.
lots of protein and lifting weights will help. staying on a program for a long time - remember that it will not grow overnight. now--- my younger borther was a little slower than most on developing muscles and some substance ( he was always the runt in school) but now he is a GQ filled out manly man.
good luck - please do not indulge in taking steriods or any other non natrual substances. we are what we are. improvement is ok, but dont forget who you are inside. good luck.

eat a diet of high protein, meats and protein shakes....and start weight training..but you dont gain muscle fast, it takes alot of time and work, just drinking boost isnt going to make you gain muscle or strength

don't lift heavy weights
else your height will stop increasing because you are only 16
you could exersice but not much harder
if you know about yoga then it is the best thing to do
