According to the "quality of life" index US is not the best, but overall I think it's the best country to live in.

There are definately some very good advantages to living in the US but that could be said of many countries. Norway is supposed to be a very good place to live. The state looks after people very well and they have everything they need (apart from Marmite and year-round sunshine).

I have to pick Canada. Even the USA is almost the same thing......almost. It seems that Canada is more laid back and I like laid back because why stress over everything? Canada seems to pick its battle and for Canada to battle it must be very important. I am a proud Canadian, even though to do like the US, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Alot of US citizens think Canada is a big Iceberg or a mountain and they are soooo wrong. Its sooo beautiful here and green. We know so much about other cultures and countries. Why live anywhere else?

No, I don't think the US is the best run country.
I have a select few that run smoother and better than the U.S.

Visit as many countries as you like and live in them for a month or so......If you make it back alive, please share your findings with all who would listen.
