I slept with my man's best friend! Not once but several times. I really have feelings for him and he is my really good friend too, but I love my man. Also, my man once dated his girl in a serious relationship, and they just told us they recently slept together too. So my man's friend decided not to talk to us for like forever.
I forgave my boyfriend because if I hadn't, I'd be a hippocrite. But his friend and I didn't tell them that we had slept together.
Well, now they have decided to talk to eachother again. I want to talk to my friend about the situation if anything just to make sure that he and I are over. That's what I want (I think) Is it wrong to want to clear the air between us privatley?

Okay, I need to rephrase. I want to tell my friend that I want to stay with my man. And yes I want to hear that he wants to stay with his girl. The biggest reason I want to talk to him is because I want to let him know this can go no further. I want their friendship to survive, and I want to go back to being his friend before sex screwed up the whole mess. I really need advice on wether this is a good idea or not.

Okay. You'r admitting that what you did was stupid. To tell your boyfriend or not is up to you, but that dosen't sound like what you're asking. Yes I think it would be good to talk to your friend just to tell him that out of all fairness and to avoid any other damage to your relationships.

I reckon your man should know. He told you when he slept around so I think you are a bit of a hypocrite anyway. How would you have felt if he never told you, and you found out a different way? It might be a good idea to talk to your man and your man's best friend. If there is any chance that talking to the best mate could backfire on you, you would want to make sure you were the one to come clean first.

you should tell your boyfriend just so he knows he wasn't the only one getting some. On the other hand if you don't want to lose him keep mum. This sounds like a giant love triangle. Maybe you all can come clean and your man can get with his girl and you can get with your friend, because it seems like you like him more. Maybe you all can swing so your not going behind each others backs, be cause you are all attracted to each other. That is what you should do, just have an open relationship between all of you

no it's no wrong to clear the air between the two of you. If you really love your man....you won't have slept with his Best Friend...but you did...and he slept with his ex girl before too..am I right...and those should cancel each other out. I think You should clear the air and tell him because if you hide it, it will come back and bite you in the a**. Trust me I know....boy do I know.

Doesn't sound like you are getting much sleep! Just make sure you use protection and so does your partners so you don't wind up with an unwanted pregnancy. Whether you come clean with your mates or not, they are going to find out. They've probably already compared their good times with you by now and passed your number to the rest of the gang anyway.

You guys should put yourselves into the same room and don't go ou of the room till you work things out. And tell each other everything and just come clean. Trust me you'll feel alot better w/ less weight guiltiness.

I just hope your husband would not read this as you may not have the chance to clear the air as privately as you would have wanted.

Since both of you have already taken the steps, just agree to have an open relationship, or a polyamorus one.
