I took a pregnancy test two days before my expected period because I had this feeling. This will be my first baby. I have a few of the usual symptoms. My breasts hurt SO BAD. The test was very faintly positive. I will be going to a doctor as soon as possible. But I wanted to know if it's normal to experience period like cramps around the expected period due date when you're pregnant.

Yes, it is normal to feel these cramps, they may very possibly be from implantation!!! If the test shows positive, it is very likely that you are! It is more common to get a false negative, than a false positive because the test measures for HCG which is only found during pregnancy!!! good luck if this is what was planned!

This is very normal. I was on birth control for many years came of of it to get pregnant , had one period and the very next month i was cramping really bad like i usually do so i was sure my period was on the way. I then had 2 days of very light spotting and i counted it as a period.....turns out i was already 4 weeks pregnant. Congrats on the pregnancy because a positive is usually a positive.

Yes, it was for me anyway. With my first I just thought I was late b/c I kept having cramps. I had cramping at the end of my second pregnancy as well. Good Luck!

Yes, mild cramping can be normal. But I'd be more concerned about the faint-positive result you got. Not to scare you, but a lot of faint positives end up in miscarriage. Take another test a few days after your missed period and see if the results are more defined. Good luck!

You can, although I think they may tend to be milder than some of the horrendous cramps some people can get with a period.
