Sorry to hear you are down tonight. Music always works for me. Of course it should be something upbeat. I don't have any songs off the top of my head. Or you could say a short prayer. That helps too! If you have a dog or a cat, play ball with them for a few minutes or just pet them. Or, eat some chocolate! Hope tomorrow will be a better day for you!

I'm sorry you're sad. Something isn't going right, I guess . . . I wish you would think of how very soon everything will be better. Is there somebody who likes to hear from you, that would be happy if you called them? Even a grandparent or other relative, if they're happy to hear from you, would make you feel good for calling. I wish you would do something to make yourself feel a little better. Good for you for not staying up too late on a school night, that's a hard habit to manage. Hope you feel better before too long. Sweet dreams.

Sounds corny I know but emotion is controllable. If you are sad think of a time you were happy.. A Good time.. a sunny day.. take your time build it up in your mind..see it clearly and you will find your self reliving it.. Ha..(-: there goes that sadness here comes the gladness.

Go find Stephen Colbert on the comedy central site. He can cheer anyone up. Especially with that whole green screen thing he's go going on lately.

Go for a walk through the park or walk the mall. You wont be just sitting there cause when your just sitting there you tend to think a lot. so dont sit still for to long.

Kneel by your bedside, or kneel anywhere and pray. Pray for a better day tomorrow, pray for luck, pray for the smile of Jesus Christ to brighten the skies. Pray, my friend.
