When I open my email a blank spot is in some of the forwards and I can't view them. Do you know why? plus how to fix it?

To block potential viruses. Some email providers have a space you can click on to get these graphics. Look at the top of the email and the top of the page.

You will need to download the page as the service you are using for e mails will not support the format of the info you wish to view

it is because the picture that they tried to send you did not come through or they just did not send it right. maybe tell them to try again and paste the picture on a new email instead of forwarding.
